BFRC
The British Fenestration Rating Council is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Glass and Glazing Federation (GGF), the glazing industry’s trade association. The BFRC scheme is a Window Energy Rating (WER) scheme, based on a traffic light style A to G rating system for energy efficiency.
ER Certification
ER certification conducts assessments and audits to enable window fabrication and installation companies to operate the WER scheme under the auspices of BFRC. To complement this activity, they provide Product Certification Accreditation to EN 45011 following assessment through the UK Accreditation Service (UKAS).
